  • Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items that have been worn, used, cleaned, or altered cannot be returned.
  • Customized or personalized items, pre-orders, special offers, or gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

Once we review your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and step-by-step instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Please ensure all items are securely packed in their original packaging and returned in the same condition as received.

Do not return any items before receiving your RMA number, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@nitebabe.com so we can resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund.


Customized or Personalized Items

Please note that custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
We take great pride in creating bespoke handbags and accessories that reflect your personal style.

Return Shipping Fee

  • If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, return shipping is free.
  • If you are returning an item voluntarily (for example, you changed your mind), you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for any returns.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for different colors, sizes, or styles at this time.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
